This webinar included a review of BFCC-QIO appeals trends from the skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, a discussion of potential drivers of noted trends, identification of issues that may impede access to care and compromise quality of care, and a discussion of opportunities to improve beneficiary care and/or the documentation of that care in the SNF setting.
