This page is designed to provide you with ready-to-use materials to share with the people you serve. You will find resources about Medicare rights and Acentra Health’s Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) services, which are free for those with Medicare.
For your convenience, the materials posted on this page are available in digital format. You can download and use them right away or print and distribute the information as needed.

Visitors can access resources on Medicare rights, appeals, quality-of-care concerns, and Immediate Advocacy services, with website content available in multiple languages via a built-in translation feature.

Posters
Help spread the word about Medicare rights by displaying these posters in locations where people gather and seek information. Posters are an easy way to connect people with Medicare, families, and caregivers to free resources and support available through Acentra Health.

Handouts
Handouts provide detailed educational information about Medicare rights, appeals, quality of care concerns, and Acentra Health services. These resources are designed to be distributed during one-on-one conversations, presentations, health fairs, or educational events and can serve as a helpful reference after the discussion.
Handout#1: This provides an overview of Acentra Health's free services for people who have Medicare. It prints on letter-sized paper, double-sided.
Handout #2: This handout includes more detailed information about Acentra Health's free services, as well as helpful phone numbers such as Medicare, State Health Insurance Programs, and Senior Medicare Patrol.
Handout #3: This provides information about what a BFCC-QIO is and how they help people who have Medicare. This document prints on letter-sized paper.

Cards can be kept in wallets, on the refrigerator, and anywhere else that will keep the information handy.
